Minor consistency issue: Something came up a couple of weeks ago in the go fleet where the square flag was flown without a 1 or a 2 flag. Based on radio discussion the question was asked if it was one or twice around. The response was that when no additional flag was flown, it meant twice. When I checked some SI's this seems indeed to be how most are written, but the Go fleet course diagrams indicate that the 2 flag is to be used.
As sailors and RCs move between fleets, I think this could/should be harmonized. Though personally I think making it explicit is best (the Go fleet method, using a "2" flag), I also respect that the Go fleet is an exception. Since there is no specific race management forum, I thought best to post here.
