Membership Development Committee Seeks Volunteers
In an effort to make CYC the best version of itself, a Membership Development Committee has been created. Its mission will be to generate ideas and strategies that ensure that CYC remains a robust and viable club for both current and new members with a welcoming and fun environment.
It is anticipated that this will be an ad hoc effort with a project-like focus and a goal of identifying the key issues, problems , etc. and creating recommendations and strategies that can be considered for implementation in the 2026 season.
I anticipate using both face-to-face meetings as well as virtual ones.
The ideal composition of the committee will include representatives from a cross section of membership classes. The ideal size would be 5-8 members. If you are interested, please reach out to me (DLkeefe@rochester.rr.com or 585-301-2433.)
